SC dismisses PIL on Bharat Biotech's Rotavirus Vaccine

The Apex Court considered the arguments on merits, and dismissed the writ petition on the ground that this is a roving inquiry by the petitioner, and the petitioner has failed to disclose the entire facts before the Court. Furthermore, it was also stated that the SC has already decided this issue in Jacob Puliyel v Union of India, Writ Petition (Civil) No. 607 of 2021 and the Court cannot sit over the analysis of experts appointed by the Government of India in high level technical teams.
