Government fixes prices of 69 medicines, including some for diabetes, BP

The pricing authority has set the retail prices for Sitagliptin and Metformin Hydrochloride Extended-Release Tablets at Rs 13.25. The price of Olmesartan Medoxomil (20 mg), Amlodipine (5 mg) & Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg) Tablet has been fixed at Rs 8.92.
