Over one-third faculty posts at AIIMS-Delhi vacant: RTI

Nearly 35% of faculty positions at AIIMS Delhi are vacant, with 430 posts unfilled out of 1,235 sanctioned. An RTI query revealed limited recruitment efforts: in 2019, only 110 of 172 advertised assistant professor posts were filled, and in 2021–2022, just 176 hires were made against 270 openings.
