Affordability Alone Not Enough, India Must Focus on Sustainable Healthcare : Dr Girdhar Gyani

At the 5th edition of ETHealthworld’s Healthcare Leaders Summit, Dr. Girdhar Gyani, Director General, Association of Healthcare Providers (India), warned that affordability alone cannot sustain India’s healthcare system. Highlighting gaps in infrastructure, uneven access, and insurance inefficiencies, he said, “Quality healthcare will cost. Absence of quality healthcare will cost lives.”
